Eastbound Lakewood Drive at Loop 360 will be closed daily for utility work from Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 19 while work is underway on the Lakewood Drive/Spicewood Springs Road project.

The Lakewood pool will remain closed Wednesday and Thursday, to allow more time for repairs. The pool is scheduled to reopen Friday. Thanks to everyone — we appreciate your patience!
Pool to close two days for cleanup
The Lakewood pool will close Monday, June 24, and Tuesday, June 25, so that a cleaning crew can pressure wash algae and apply a chemical that should control its growth for the summer. Lakewood’s pool company says that although black algae is not dangerous in pools, it can cause other bacteria to grow if not treated. This was done a few years ago, and it needs it again. The HOA thanks everyone for their patience.
