Lakewood has a new HOA Board of Directors. Lee Rutledge was elected to another two-year term, and Lakewood homeowners Marty Erhart and Amy Vaidya were elected for the first time at the annual HOA meeting on Feb. 2.

Board officers also were selected for the 2025-26 term. They are:

• President: Lee Rutledge
• Vice President: Dave Brockman
• Secretary: Marty Erhart
• Treasurer: Shasi Wilson
• Director At-Large: Amy Vaidya

Rutledge presented certificates of appreciation to outgoing board members John Harris, who served as secretary, and Shawn Jamail, who was director at-large..

Remember to vote in the Lakewood HOA election! The election is open to all Lakewood homeowners. Three board positions are on the ballot. You can still vote by bringing the ballot form you received in the mail to the HOA office. Drop it into the office mail slot or email it to hoa@lakewoodhoa.com. The deadline for both is 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2. Election results will be announced at the HOA annual meeting, which is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday at the Lakewood Clubhouse.
