UPDATE: Phase 2 of the tree limb removal project is wrapping up, and crews hope to move forward with Phase 3 on Cave Hollow the week of July 23.

The removal of downed tree limbs and other debris from the February freeze is now underway in Lakewood. Work began this week in the Phase 1 area as shown on this map.
Important note: Residents are asked not to enter the work area. Please contact the HOA office if you have any questions or concerns. Crews will stop work if others enter the work areas while they are present, for safety reasons.
Phase 1 is bounded by Lakewood Drive, Deer Hollow Lane and the boundary with the Creekbluff Drive neighborhood.
Homeowners voted overwhelmingly in June to approve a one-time assessment of $175 to pay for the cleanup, which is estimated to cost $75,000. The assessment has been mailed to homeowners.
