The Lakewood HOA Board of Directors has selected Property Management Professions, or PMP Management Inc., as Lakewood’s new community manager effective Oct. 1.

Lakewood homeowners have been sent a welcome letter from the board and an electronic welcome package with information about the management company transition and the services it will provide.

The package includes management team contact information, assessment payment options and registration instructions to access PMP Gateway, the new online portal for Lakewood.

The portal will have association information and resources such as homeowner account information, assessment payment options and preferences, HOA documents, and the ability to open and track services requests.

The package also includes information on how to register for two upcoming training sessions on Zoom about how to use the new portal.

In time, TownSQ will be deactivated and data transferred to the PMP Gateway. The website, Lakewoodhoa.com, will continue.

The company succeeds Carol Wolf Management. Carol is retiring effective Sept. 30.
