Lakewood has a new HOA Board of Directors. Dave Brockman was elected to another two-year term, and Lakewood homeowners Marty Erhart and Ami Vaidya were elected for the first time at the annual HOA meeting on Feb. 2.

Board officers also were selected for the 2025-26 term. They are:

• President: Lee Rutledge
• Vice President: Dave Brockman
• Secretary: Marty Erhart
• Treasurer: Shasi Wilson
• Director At-Large: Ami Vaidya

Rutledge presented certificates of appreciation to outgoing board members John Harris, who served as secretary, and Shawn Jamail, who was director at-large..
