You’ll find the survey linked from a QR code on an enclosed card. Point the camera on your mobile phone to the QR code to see a website with the survey, and click on that website.

Your feedback on the CCRs, which are our community’s primary governing documents, will help the new CCR Review Committee complete a thorough review of CCR processes. The survey is brief and should take less than five minutes to complete. Learn more about the CCR project here.
